Ripbot264 not doing batch jobs

Like title says...I start the program, select batch, add (for example) 3 movies, set my settings, select prepare all jobs then begin encoding. Hit start, does job1 only. I look in ripbot264temp folder and only job1 folder is created. Any ideas?

I do sometimes four conversions, one after the other. But I've never used 'batch' mode. I just 'Add' each one, then hit 'Start' and let them run. Most times I set the PC to shut down when finished. Maybe the author of the program will drop by to give some advice. Otherwise, he's usually on Doom 9 or you can do some research there: http://forum.doom9.org/showthread.php?t=127611
