  3. Also, Epson Premium Presentation paper is excellent. A little easier to find than the HP.

    I use Epson: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16828103049

Note you will need legal size for DVD covers.

  5. Thanks for the replies
I've bought HP Brochure paper through Ebay. I got HP professioanl paper 180 instead. It's the same thing right?
Anyway the paper looks good but I may be looking for something a bit more thick/rigid.

Not necessarily, if you have a photo printer or any printer that does edge to edge printing, your covers will come out just fine. Go to Office Depot, Staples, Office Max or similar you can find a heavy weight stock paper in a bright white or photo finish.

Yup, a standard DVD cover measures 184mm (7.25") by 273mm (10.75"). Standard letter paper is 8½" by 11", so it should fit if your printer does borderless printing.

Pull an insert out of store-bought DVD. Is it thick or rigid?

The back-side of the heavy photo paper I buy would scratch the crap out of a CD or DVD if you are talking about making your own SLEEVES.

That's not a problem. I'll use extra plastic caps.

I recently bought Epson Premium Semigloss Paper (250g/m). It sucks, it doesn't bend.
    It must also be foldable.
