Component video source -> streaming to LAN

Hi people,

(sorry for crossposting - not sure about right place)
after reading a lot on your forum and not seeing a real answer to my question, I'll try with a post now:

I am having live video receiver (5.8GHz, receiving video over the air from a camera mounted on a UAV) with a component video out. I am trying to get this video signal broadcasted in my LAN/WiFi to be watched on iOS tablets / PC as well as recorded at the same time. HD is secondary requirement.

The device I have found so far coming closest to this requirement is the PCTV/Hauppauge Broadway (http://www.hauppauge.com/site/products/data_broadway.html). But it's got limitations (no start recording off the iOS viewer, does not seem to allow for multiple viewers).

Any suggestions regarding other hardware devices, maybe more professional, less consumer oriented?
