Hello to everyone
I solved the chapters problem, but now I have another one :-S
I want to re-author a dvd, a concert, that contains five songs in five different titles, so when I extract the mpeg2 files I obtain 5 videos (but if I play them all in-one the resulting footage is the whole concert)
Now I want to re-create this DVD but all in one single title, with 5 chapters for the songs
How I can do that with DVD Lab Pro 2? Because with this software I can add only 1 video in 1 title, if I want to put 5 videos I have to adding more titles, but I want 5 videos in one title (obiouvlsy without loss of quality)

Exactly! I want this:
VIDEO 1 = Chapter 1
VIDEO 2 = Chapter 2
But all in one single TITLE.....
join all videos into 1 then use chapter marks.--

Misread OP's intent, so my original reply didn't apply.

This may not be what you had in mind, but:
I do this sort of thing all the time when making music compilation DVDs. First make a short DVD with a single title and 5 chapters. It doesn't matter how short but only that you have the same number of chapters as you want the 'final' DVD to have. Make it of a short song or something. Also, make DVDs of your 5 songs. MPG is no good. Author them for DVD - basic simple DVDs.
Take your short DVD with 5 chapters and open it in VOBBlanker. Highlight the title so it appears in the lower window. Highlight it in the lower window and hit the 'Cells' Button on the right. In the new screen that opens highlight each cell (chapter) in turn and the 'Replace' button to the right. Scroll to the DVD you made of the song and replace the original chapter with the new one. When all done hit 'Apply', and back in the main screen give it an 'Output Folder' and 'Process'.
Or, just keep the DVD with its five different titles and just have it go to the next title when done, rather than back to the main menu. The only drawback is a very slight and short pause when switching titles.
I solved the chapters problem, but now I have another one.
This is the VIDEO_TS folder of the original dvd that I want to reauthor:
as you can see there are 5 titles (the VTS_0 is menu) which are 5 songs
While I want to take them and put in a single title (VTS_1) with chapters for each song
TsMuxer cannot do any re-encoding, it is software that changes container for video an audio or it can demux containers. It can join videos at the same time. What you put in, comes out the same, so it is pretty fast process obviously, it just copies files on hardisk basically.
The only "danger" that you should be aware is video could come out - out of sync , so just try it. But y should choose demux. This might prevent this sort of thing and what's even better, DVD LabPro prefers to load elementary streams as oppose muxed video in some container, like mpeg or VOB. All DVD authoring tools prefer demuxed elementary streams in general. Hopefully there is no delay set on DVD, or TsMuxer will read this. If not, you could use VOB2mpg or pgcdemux instead to get mpeg files out of those VOB's and then use TsMuxer.

The most important thing to remember here is: all the videos must have the exact same specs! Otherwise you cannot join them (well, maybe you can but it's going to cause trouble).
This means the following (and probably more) need to be identical for all parts to be joined:
- number of audio streams
- coding of audio streams (LPCM, MP2, AC3, DTS)
- aspect ratio
In your case it sounds likely they are all the same, but just wanted to mention this.
MuxMan can do this too, by the way.
Yes, Muxman can do this but I cannot adding chapters
Basically the video is a full-lenght concert ripped from a VHS, BUT it was authored in 5 titles instead of one title and 5 chapters, while I want to do this
It is unbeliable that a professional softare dvd lab pro can't do an easy thing like join 5 VOBS in one single DVD.....
I will try TsMuxer, thanks a lot
what about DGIndex?? I had this program months ago but now I don't have it anymore... is good? I don't used it much more..
How I can get the frame number of the points where I want to put chapters?

DVDLab Pro for the job:
He could also take the times where each 'chapter' begins, convert those times to seconds and then to frame numbers, for the Muxman Celltimes.txt. Third grade arithmetic made even more easy by the Windows calculator.
I've also already explained how to convert those titles into chapters using VobBlanker. You can lead a horse to water...

So, I tryied DGINDEX and is good! I got an m2v file and an ac3 file, now I'm going to put them on Muxman and author my dvd.
Can you please explain me step by step how to create chapters using celltimes? Obiousvly not every 5 or 10 minutes, but when I want. I remember that when I tryied dvd lab, I created chapters on video points where GOP was 0:00:00 , and these points were exactly in the end of the first video and before the beginning of the second, because I used the 5 videos not joined (but the resulting VOBS contained errors, so I'm going to use Muxman that has never give problems to me)
How I can do this? Please help... I have VirtualDubMod by the way... if I need that.
