    Would this work for a good lens protector for the AG-AC90? I don't want any special effects, I just want the added protection. Thanks.

    they make that filter in a lot of sizes, b&h should have one to fit. it's a good idea to get the ultra clear for shooting indoors, and a uv filter for outdoor daylight.
