streaming live tv from a laptop to a projector pc

Hi and thank you for taking the time to read my post. I would like to steam live sports from the internet via a laptop to a large projector and to another tv
Both have VGA connections so what is the best solution and how powerful should the laptop be I have looked at wireless options like Warpia Wireless USB PC to TV Audio / Video Display Adapter but is there a "wired solution" we could opt for in regard to having a more stable connection?

How far away is the projector? Use a longer vga cable like http://www.amazon.com/StarTech-Coax-Resolution-Monitor-Cable/dp/B000067SPM/ref=sr_1_7?...2156684&sr=1-7

If you want to send the VGA signal to both at the same time you'll need a distribution amp. You'll need audio cables too.

Thanks guys The projector is about 20 feet away what things would the laptop need in regard to connections above the obvious VGA port
