  1. I am trying to create a custom preset in Premiere Pro but the frame size options are greyed-out, and the Video Rendering options are also unchangeable. How can I alter these?

There is no option to create a new Preset either, just to use an existing one or Save a modified one - which I am unable to do.

  2. change editing mode in the drop down menu (the 1st option) to "desktop " instead of NTSC DV, and it will "unlock" the settings
