  1. Hello to all! I have a 352x480 mpeg2 video which is 2hrs long but I want to clean it up because the quality is not good. What are the steps to fix this and is is best to resize it. I'm a newbie with this so please help me

    I'm a newbie at this and i don't know where to start so I need help. I know this video can get better but I just need a step by step guide.

    For me it is quite impossible to guage the quality of a video from a few stills.

    You may wish to upload a small, typical sample.

    However, you have a low bitrate video and with all the 'cleaning up' you will still have a low bitrate video at the end of it.

    You will gain nothing by resizing it since it is already comprimised by the bitrate.

    There is no version of VirtualDub that can help with this video. If anything, you'd have to work in Avisynth -- even then, weeks of work would get nowhere. Whoever "created" these vids made every mistake in the book, and then some.
