  1. Hi everyone

Im quite desperate, I tried finding a solution for my problem, but even after more than 10 hours of research I could not find any.

I want to create poker videos with 10 cameras. For this I want to use Xsplit or a similar software. For this purpose I need a capture card for 10 channels, either 2x8 or 1x16 channels. I already have analog cameras and a capture card.

The card I have is the following one: http://www.dinodirect.com/card-dvr-video-capture-pci-e-card-security-cameras-pal-ntsc.html

I have access to the cameras, but only with the software from this site: http://www.camsecure.co.uk/MiniPCIE.html
Actually it is not the original software (which does not work with win7), but it works since the cards on the site are different from the one I have but have the same chip (Conecant CX 25853).
I have no access to the cameras with other software such as Xsplit, even the card is recognized in Windows.

So, I am looking either for a solution to make the card I have working with Xsplit or other third party software, or the alternative is to buy another card which is supported by Xsplit. Is there any possibility to make the card working? Is it difficult to adapt the driver?

Or if not, how can I find a card that works? The information about those cards in the net is really sparse and since I can not spend more than 200$ for the card the really good ones with documentation fall apart. In the Xsplit forum I could not find any information that is usefull for me.

What is the requirement for a capture card to work with 3rd party software? Is it enough if there is a WDM driver for windows?

I hope anyone can help me!

    Thanks a lot!

    Regards

I know you have visited the XSplit support forum, but it is unclear whether you have posted your questions in the XSplit support forum, or have just been reading existing threads and viewing guides. If you have not posted any questions in the XSplit support forum, then ask for help there.

I haven't seen a lot of questions here at VideoHelp regarding XSplit and similar software, and from what I can tell there are not many VideoHelp members that would likely have a lot of experience using that kind of software.

  3. Yes, I have posted in the Xsplit forum but nobody could help me yet!

In this forum there are probably several users that use a Capture Card with WDM driver, maybe someone could test for me if Xsplit works with it?
