Andy flv joiner .06 version The meaning of top most and retained icon

Hi, While using this excellent tool after reading the change log etc., i do not know what is meant by top most button in this tool. Secondly, when the joiner finishes, the icon gets in to the start menu bar, in the bottom part of the windows and could not be closed. Why? Is there a solution for this ?

Sir, Is it outdated software. I think it is cool and handy. I want to know the recently introduced top most button, and the points i raised. Atleast moderator may please reply pl
