Icaros, GREAT Explorer Files preview thumbnails presenter

a masterpiece as earlier stated.
Worked great till i un-installed these 2 bullywares ; SPlayer 3.7.2437
(worse of the 2) & Kantaris v0.7.7. BTW when i rechecked all programs that could've caused this error i have to add ezVid as another, this last program i added after Baldrick's reply.

Bullyware is any type of program/app that even if one ticks NOT to include
their presets the program registers the presets in a manner that though not ON, if one removes those programs ones icons or own presets are sent back to either default (if lucky) or the icons become orphaned.
Had Icaros v 212 working SUPER GREAT then after un-installing those
programs i get the pop up below and no Icaros works (older or newer ver.).

If anyone wants to help figure out the issue (cap of popup below) , please do. i'm trying to as i type.

If you never get it to work you can always try Media Preview.
