    Possibly. Or a configuration error on the server. 404 means "You asked for something and I can't give you what you asked for". The WHY is the $100,000 question.

    hehe. sorry didn't know it was anything but a missing link. i don't use them much, and can't say i've ever seen a tmpgenc smilie before... really old ones i remember like "wizard with a wand" get interpreted wrong.
