I've scoured the internet looking for a way to either play or convert some .VAC files. My friend needs to transcribe audio recordings from a correctional institution and the disc contains .VAC files. VLC, which plays basically everything, doesn't work and Ive found no audio conversion software that says it supports that file extension.

If anyone could point me in the right direction that would be great.

    Thanks

If you can provide a small sample, maybe I can add support for VAC in TAC. I mean, if FFMpeg can decode it.
