I can not find the download link

Hi all I paid for the VOB2MPG PRO yesterday, and I recieved the download link, instruction on how to install, my email address, and serial number. However, there is no where on the page to download the software. Am I missing something? I have sent email to the owners/service center without response. It is very urgent. Please help me with the download of the software. Waiting for your response in ernest. Thanks.

Thank you for the reply. I was able to download after I entered the codes on the left to the desired space. Your instruction said to "copy the letters and paste", it is impossible to copy and paste those letters. Anyways, I typed the letters in the space vola! I was able to download the software. All is good now. Thanks again.
