    When I go to the Pinnacle website to stream tutorials, I am unable to view them. All I get is a rotating barbers shop type scroll and no video. Any ideas how I can fix this please ?

    The tutorials on that website are too basic and I recommend going to YouTube and search for your program, they are more in depth.

    I just looked, and it played a pinnacle 16 tutorial video fine.

    Probably need more info. Can you view other streaming vids OK? Do you have flash player installed?
