Although it seems to be a common problem, i cannot find a solution for this slow video playack:

Choppy playback @ mplayer and VLC.
I tried mp4box and ffmpeg to produce a new mp4/mkv container but it still slow. mp4box in fact produces an unknown error and won't build a new .mp4 file.
Maybe I'm missing some command line switches here.
