DVD flick install fails

Hi everyone, I just reloaded the OS on my old backup XP computer and was trying to reload DVDflick, both via this websites direct download link, and via the developers website and the install fails. Please see the enclosed snapshot. It will load the program and open it up, but if i close the program it disappears and i have to re-install it again. Any help would be appreciated.

Is the OS from an installation disc or an image? If it's from an image then it must be mucked up. Make sure you are wiping the HDD first, I use KillDisc.

OK, I reloaded again, almost done with all the programs I had on before, DVDflick downloaded perfect. I am interested in your Killdisk program, but can't the goverment still recover your HDD data again anyway, (ala NCIS)?
