    Hello,

    After a few months of not using it I decided to watch a Bluray the other day. But upon starting up the BDP3200, it would load to the Home screen, it says its loading, then it just freezes. None of the buttons work, remote has no effect, I cannot do anything. Its frozen. I tried unplugging it but the same result occurs.

    This is somewhat annoying as its practically brand new.
    Can anyone help?

    If it's under warranty get it repaired or replaced,if not get a new one,it isn't worth repairing out of warranty.
