    Hi all,
    Is there any way in x264 where i can Cut A Video without losing quality using megui or any other equivalent software......
    i mean specific scenes or parts of a vid.....

    Yes, you can edit x264 without reconverting. I don't use megui so I don't know if it includes andy simple cutter.

    Or else can you try avidemux. I don't know if it supports raw x264 streams though.

    And you can only cut at keyframes without reconverting.

    You can also try VideoReDo TV Suite H264. There is a free trial that is fully functional.

  5. MKVMergeGUI can be found in the "MeGUI/tools/mkvmerge" folder. It's called mmg.exe. The splitting options are under the global tab. As Baldrick pointed out though, you need a "smart cutter" which can re-encode the video around the cut point in order to cut on exact frames. MKVMergeGUI will cut at the first keyframe it finds after your specified cut point(s). At least I think that's what it does.
