sqcp files

For 3 days I'm trying to play/convert a sqcp audio file.. and I did not mange to do.

Can someone help me play or convert it ?

Never heard of sqcp audio files? And a google doesn't give much information....

according to MediaInfo that's a qlcm
-> renaming it to .qcp and searching for
qcp convert
on the websearch-service of your choice might help,...

try Audacity / import raw ..
a can see the wave but only hear noise

I tried allot of sqp converters.. Allot of them..
I cant even manage to open the file.
I even tried qualcom purevoice .. and Nada! I cant manage to make the file play.

Has anyone managed?
