  1. I've been converting .mp4 files to mpeg-2 using ffmpeg version N-49044-g89afa63 using the command:

    Code:
     ffmpeg.exe -y -i "myMp4.mp4" -f dvd -target ntsc-dvd -r 29.97 -vf scale=720:480 -aspect 4:3 -b:v 8000k -mbd rd -trellis 1 -flags +mv0 -cmp 0 -subcmp 2 "outputMpeg2.mpg"

The encoding goes fine and the resulting Mpeg-2 files play correctly when I watch them in "Media Player Classic Home Cinema" media player. I then author the resulting mpeg-2 files using DVD Flick ( version 1.3.0.7 build 738 ) using the "copy Mpeg2 streams" option so that the software does not re-encode the files. When I burn the resulting iso to a DVD the audio is out of sync with the video. I've tried several ideas I've seen to correct the problem ( such as selecting the ignore audio delay option for the included video files ) but I can't seem to fix the problem. Any suggestions? Thanks for any information!
