Question on VirtualBox

I was installing Virtualbox 4.2.6 (latest) to test it, and the installer messaged that it was changing my internet connection temporarily; ok, if it gootches something I can get it fixed, no worries there. Then part way through it wants to change my USB ports to Oracle's version. I stopped it there as a caution. Has anyone had any problems after installing it, and why would it want to change my default USB ports to Oracles?? Can that cause a problem? (I'm running USB2). I wouldn't know how to go back to default if something went wrong.

No. Its only install driver to shared with virtual machine usb inputs (webcam, pen drive, usb tuner...). Go to install.
