Smallx264 is a simple batch GUI for Handbrake. I tried to offer essential options.
-Select between multiple audio/subtitle tracks
-If subtitle file (srt) with same name as source exists, it can be soft-coded to output.
-Device profiles (Android, iPod etc)
-User profiles
-Preview option
-64bit-32bit HandBrakeCLI
-Video Filters
I am not planning to add more features (dvd support etc) unless they are essential.
You can download setup from here.
Suggestions and bug reports are, as always, welcome.

Not exactly.
There a couple of differences but summary is that TX264 offers more options and can encode to aac-he whereas smallx264 was intended to be small and easy.
Personally I use TX264 to encode anime content (x264 10bit+aac-he), for other content I use smallx264. TX264 is also better if you want internal subtitles to be copied to output. And I also don't like HB windows GUI myself
