AVCHD on DVD-R: The right set of folders to get most BD players compatible

I am trying to author 1080p60 m2ts files as AVCHD on DVD-R media, using multiAVCHD.
Can some one please to confirm/clarify:
1. The two folders BDMV and AVCHDTN created by multiAVCHD need to be placed in DVD-R Root directory.
2. "AVCHD Strict" in two places of multiAVCHD need to be checked in order to create "AVCHD on DVD-R" playabale on most BD players.
3. The other methode I have seen is palcing BDMV and Certificate or only BDMV folder (with more than four folders inside) in the Root directory are not correct or will not play on some AVCHD rated BD players?

1080p60 can't be played on most BluRay players or displayed on most TVs, so that may make your questions all moot.

No matter what you do, SOME players won't like it. I can tell you that much.

I will leave it to our AVCHD experts to speak directly to your questions.

1080p60 is officially only supported in AVCHD 2.0. And avchd 2.0 officially DOES NOT support DVD media.

I can tell for sure that many BD players (non AVCHD 2.0 compliant) play 1080p60 on DVD-R perfectly fine.
To make a question simplier, le'ts change 1080p60 to 1080i60 (16Mbps for example, to eliminate any further compatibility doubts) and rephrase my question to AVCHD 1.0 standard, by default supported by all BD players having with AVCHD logo:
