How to create blu ray disc with different audio tracks after ripping

can anyone tell me how to add audio track of our native language to Bdmv folder.
i have pirates of caribbean blu ray disc And it contains so many languages audios so is there anyway to add one more audio track to it.
which software i should use create another BDMV folder.

Don't say mkv merge, because i know i can mux my audio with it but i want to play whole disc not only a single file.

You must reauthor the disc. You can for example use tsmuxer and open the main movie m2ts, add a audio track, output a new bdmv folder. BUt you will lose menus, extra material.
