Asus notebook- cannot scroll on touchpad

I just purchased this Asus notebook ux21a 1ak3
I noticed on my touchpad, I cannot scroll on the right side of the touchpad, using the vertical motion . Helpful when scrolling while browsing the net. I downloaded the latest touchpad driver for my windows 7 64 bit Version V1.0.32 but it still did not work.

Is this a known issue with Asus??
