    How do I take still photographs from my VCD?
    I also converted the VCD to MPEG. Can I get stills from those as well? How?

    i know a friend who have try Ati multimedia center
    with other brand video device (display )and
    add sucess with this task

    the MMC7.5 or 7.6 can perform still capture
    over many video stream
