    I'm not sure if this is haloing or not, but I see it in a few scenes and I'm not very experienced with dealing with it. You can clearly see it along the white part of her shirt (on the right side).

    If someone could tell me exactly what this issue is and how it could be fixed, I'd be very greatful.

    The image was oversharpened on the vertical axis causing halos on horizontal edges. The cure is to blur along the vertical axis. Of course, then the lines won't be real sharp. So you can use an edge enhancer that doesn't create halos and a line darkener.

    Alright, I'll try that along with FastLineDarken and LimitedSharpenFaster and see if it is any better.

    What you really want for sharpening are filters that can work only the vertical dimension. Otherwise you will oversharpen horizontally. In lieu of that you can try something like doubling the width, running those filters, the restoring the width.
