Need help to use megui

I recently installed megui. Now I'm getting some problems with this software. The problem is :

1. Format : MPEG-4
Format profile : Base Media
Codec ID : isom

2. Format : MPEG-4
Format profile : JVT
Codec ID : avc1

When I rip first time I got the video clip with the deatils of 1st one.

When I rip 2nd time I got the video clip with the deatils of 2nd one.

In fact, I didn't made any change to the software I guess. I need your solution.

And you are converting with megui. Ripping is just removing the decryption from a dvd or blu-ray.

mm. yeah. I'm trying to convert DVD. What I want is, when I converted the DVD first time. the output DVD file was (Format profile : Base Media Codec ID : isom). And when I converted it 2nd time the output DVD file was (Format profile : JVT Codec ID : avc1).

I like the first one's output : Format profile : Base Media Codec ID : isom
2nd one is not good : Format profile : JVT Codec ID : avc1

Now megui's outputting files are in this format (Format profile : JVT Codec ID : avc1). So I need to change it to (Format profile : Base Media Codec ID : isom) how it was earlier. that's it.
