I'm trying to make an AVCHD out of mp4 files created with a samsung HMX-W200 camcorder. When trying to use MultiAVCHD it gives an error

I read about this possibly being an issue with missing header info but I tried the "fix" listed here but it didn't fix my problem. Same thing happens. I ended up just unchecking one of the two options for tsmuxer in the settings tab of MultiAVCHD. That seemed to fix my issue. On a side note however, can't remember if this is related but I used eRightSoft's SUPER to copy the video stream and encode the audio stream to ac3 in a .TS container. Works really well, although SUPER comes with some adware that you can remove, it's a very powerful application.
