Creating video with sound from a powerpoint

I'm creating a series of narrated videos from powerpoint that will be posted on a YouTube channel. I've been using Photo Story 3 to make the videos, but the program lacks a couple features. First, I'd like to be able to cut and paste individual slides (with sound) between videos. An option to insert a sound file directly into a slide would also be good. Are there any programs that will allow this? They don't have to be free as there is money budgeted for this project.

Look at my past posts. Then you'll probably opt for the "play the powerpoint, and capture with another PC" method.
