Capture two video streams at once (overlay?)

I was asked to record a basketball game..
I have two cameras.. I would like to lock one camera on the scoreboard, and the other will follow the players..

Is there a way to record both streams at the same time to my notebook computer?

Even better: is there a way to record both streams at the same time, but have the scoreboard camera overlay'ed on the bottom right corner?

I have Sony Vegas and Adobe Premier..
I'd like to leave the game with the most complete movie possible..

You could have difficulty in capturing one stream in to a notebook. Two streams is an impossibility IMHO

Live overlays are also impossible without additional equipment ie a mixing desk.
