  1. Hi, is there a way to convert 25p to 50p?
    Which software allows me to do this?

    A faster shutter reduces blur when panning, or when filming moving objects.

    The shutter speed has no relation to fps.

    I think what you want is frame interpolation. Look here. http://www.spirton.com/convert-videos-to-60fps/

    This utility is tedious, but it absolutely works. I use it myself on occasion to do smoother slomo.
