  3. Are they both the same framerate (23.976fps, 25fps, what?)? Is the only difference one scene being cut out (or more being cut out)?

    If so, then extract the audio as a WAV file and open it in a WAV editor (Audacity, for example). Find the place(s) where the extra scene(s) is/are, and cut it/them out. Maybe, with luck, the audio will match up with the video now.

    Like aedipuss, I don't think it'll happen.

    I take it this is an English language movie? If so, why would you want to watch a Hindi dub of it? Look around for subtitles for it. Subs are way easier to edit.
