    i download 1080p mkv files and use tsmuxer to convert to blue ray disk and use image burn to burn them.everything is fine till i put the bd-r in the ps3 and it plays the audio but no video.am i missing something.

    Install MediaInfo and open one of your problem MKV files with it and post back a screen shot of the information you get on the file.

    Are you burning to BD-R LTH discs by any chance? The writable side of an LTH disc will look golden colored. While I think the PS3 is supposed to be OK with LTH discs, some BD players have problems with them.
