    Does anyone had the full rtmp code for capturing http://www.bbc.co.uk/iplayer/tv/bbc_two_england/watchlive
    I want to capture them as .flv files could anyone help?

    Could someone step by step show me how to do it as well, I'm a complete noob at this kind of stuff

    Just track the links via Coojah or WireShark until you find a media selector link like mine! All details is include of that xml!

    I tried Coojah it's all chinese and stuff and got the url into their but can't find the xml file and WireShark have no idea what to do on their
    Could you post a tutorial or something please

    If you want to do this for free, it requires a certainly level of technical expertise. It's NOT easy. If you want to do this the easy way then you need to buy a tool like Replay Video Capture.

    I didn't say, a link that end with xml extension! you should find a link that is mediaselector! look at mine:

    PS, maybe you need going to the setting of Coojah, Filter Setting, and add capturing of pages!
