    Try use handbrake or vidcoder. Use similar settings as the sample above.

    But 6fps wont look...but it's probably required for so extremely low bitrate.

    Thanx for quick help.
    I have tried out Handbrake. It converted to .m4v extension with good quality.
    Size before:179 mb
    Size after : 29.3 mb
    Result : 6 times smaller
    I hv checked out Vidcoder too. It uses Handbrake as its encoding engine. So i am not going to get more feature to reduce size.

    The above mediainfo details are from a file which was encoded 12 times smaller than original file. But i dont know the uploaer of that file so cant get much info.

    My need is==========
    Extension : AVI
    Size : 8-10 times smaller
    Quality : GOOD
    Device to use : PC
    Frame Resolution: 800x600

    Plz Help to get that Result.

    Have you you adjusted the bitrate(lower it)? Or increase the constant quality rate. Under the video tab in handbrake.
    Lower the audio bitrate also under the audio tab.

    Because it's the bitrate/constant quality rate that changes the output file size.

    AVI is not the right container for h264 video. use mp4 or even better mkv.
