Convert dvd with multiple angles and language to Avi / Divx / Mkv

I hv tutorial dvd with multiple angles and multiple language / narration.
Was wondering how can I convert it to Avi / Divx / Mkv?
Would be great if I can do it with my existing prgram so I dont hv to download new 1

This is my program:

• Roxio creator pro 2012
• Img burn
• Iso image burner
• Free syudio manager
• Divx plus
• Corel video studio
• Mkv toolnix

I already tried to convert it to Mkv with Free studio manager DVDVideoSoft but the result is not good, meaning the video changes to different angle automatically like every frame.

Actually what I would like to do is to pick the angle and the language narration that I want and then convert it.

Would be great if someone can explain how to do this
