With a limited budget, & concern for good audio, what equipment would be best for live recording seminars for later YouTube/web display?

To get some useful answers, consider giving the forum more detail about the seminars.
Seminar size? Duration? Venue/location? Topic? Typical AV used, if any, during the seminar (that the video equipment would have to monitor and display, say, by pan-and-scan)? Multi-camera setup? Level of user expertise? More than one videographer involved per seminar? Produce post-seminar DVDs?
Etc., etc.
What you've asked is a little like asking what city to recommend for a meeting: Too many variables and unanswered questions to consider to generate any response. -
Ahh, well, the seminars are in the planning stages. Initially we do not expect to need any sound system. Small groups of maybe 5-30, from a few hours to a day, but broken up into distinct segments. The topic is tapping, a kind of psychological healing technique. Lvl of expertise is amateur, I've only helped do some video blogs before. 1 videographer & I have some experience with Vegas movie studio.
Does this help?
