It's not possible.
You can make a dvd with forced subs but some apps can still disable them. -
i cant understand the sentence "some apps can still disable them".
pls explain them. -
It's a standard dvd with forced subs but some video players can still disable them....so they aren't permanent.

but for YIFY torrents they have made permanent subtitles to a video without re-encode

Yes. As said above, any time you want to permanently hardsub a video, you HAVE to re-encode.
Edit: Does SubMerge do hardsubs? If not, it's not creating permanent subtitles. Instead, it's creating softsubs, which you can switch on and off.
(Haven't tried SubMerge... don't usually do much video work on my Mac. )If cameras add ten pounds, why would people want to eat them?
