Hey all,
During a recent installation of PotPlayer, there was a popup message alerting that DirectX was out-of-date.
System information shows a version of DirectX 11 currently installed, which seems to be the latest version. The player seems to run well after installation, although I haven't checked all the features as of yet.
I was wondering if maybe the popup message was a possible error? Any info is appreciated.

Download the DirectX End-User Web Installer, and run it. It'll make sure your DirectX setup is completely up-to-date, including installing the rest of DirectX 9, which some programs require (Vista and Win7 (not sure about 8) are shipped with only a rather minimal selection of the DX9 components.)

Thanks for the info.
Downloaded the file and installed the components. No application error messages as of yet and the player continues to run well. Appreciate the help.
