Hi I have just been doing some filming with a cannon XA10 camera and shot in 1080p I have imported into Adobe premier setting at 1080p and thats ok but what i have done is used some clips in after affects and would like to render the clips back into premier I have tried a 30 min clip and that took 27 hours. that was quick time png format

    when i use the codec dvd it comes in 720 even though the original is 1080p what are the best render settings that allow the quality to be the same but a smaller file size yet still in 1080p has anyone got any ideas i am totally new to this


    then end result is to produce a dvd but good quality

    It's not possible to have same quality for several reasons; the primary reason being DVD is standard definition (DVD-video is 720x480 (NTSC) ) . Your original video is 1920x1080

    You can have similar quality if you make a blu-ray disc
