I know how to get a youtube video.
But how do you get a flash video from a regular website?
I am viewing a video on a page which ends with .aspx
Try StreamFab Downloader and download from Netflix, Amazon, Youtube! Or Try DVDFab and copy Blu-rays! or rip iTunes movies!

I dont think the capture can keep up with the video can it?
I think it drops frames.... -
Depends on your computer, if you have a fast CPU it can. What download program did you use?

I'm using something similar called BBFlashback express Recorder 2 (similar to camstudio)
