Make Video File Compatible with Sony bdp S-590

This is my first post.

We got a new Sony bdp S-590 bluray player and would like to watch a 3D movie but the Sony player says the file is corrupt or wrong format. I anticipate something needs to be converted but I am unsure what needs to be changed and what software to use. Below are file formats supported by the bluray player and movie attributes. Please help.
