I use a program called Miro to download videos from Youtube. When I find a video that I like/need I always choose the highest quality and then begin the download process with Miro. I am not sure, however, if it is downloading at the highest quality or the lowest quality. Is there any way to check for this? to change this?

I use an add-on for firefox and chrome called Youtube HD Suite that automatically opens the highest quality video and shows all the files types that are available and if you right click on the file that you want, you are given an option to download the file.
