  1. I wanna broadcast a live sport event in my website. What are the steps to do that?

What capture device should I buy? TV turner card? USB tv turner card? PVR1212 HD hauppauge (highly recomended in reviews)?

What enconder software is better for my purpose?

    To stream from my computer:

Should I contact third-party services like dacast.com an buy a plan?

If Im streaming in HD quality, the other users will have high latency?

What upload bandwith you recommend me to do this?

Supose I wanna stream multiple sports events at the same time, for each match should I set a PC, TV and a capture device?

I read a lot of guides here but I dunno if they are update to date. Im kind of newbie in this topic im learning from you guys.

    Thanks in advice.

  2. 1) Contact the broadcaster or copyright holder and get written permission. Otherwise you're just asking to get your ass sued.

For personal access (eg, cell phone) look into Slingbox.

What is your upload bit rate? That is your main limitation. You may or may not have access to adequate upload at your sports location. Temporary ISP connections are possible but also expensive.

Lets assume you are doing the broadcast and it is legal to be carried on "free" services like Ustream. At a minimum look at Adobe flash media encoder. Best cameras to use are DV or HDV. For multicam, look at Wirecast or VidBlaster.

The great thing about TV streaming is that it is for free. You do not need to subscribe to a particular service just to get the same benefits of watching your favorite shows through your satellite service providers. You do not even need to sign any contract nor do you need to bother renewing such services after a given time period. Though there may be some websites which may ask for a small fee, the amount is very minimal as compared to what people are paying their satellite providers. It is funny to think that people a few years back where already contented watching their favorite programs through their cable services. to details about free streaming tv you may http://www.free-streaming.tv/ and you can want to watch some free channel you can visit http://www.live-indian.tv/ .
