    Does MPC HC use hardware color controls or software color controls? Can I get it work on a PC that does not have graphics card? None of the renderers seems to move the sliders on color controls?

    It has color control settings under options / miscellaneous.

    I believe MPCHC can use either hardware or softare color controls depending on the output device.

    You have to use VMR9 or EVR if you want hardware-based image control.
    Also, the video card must support DirectX version 9, minimum.

    Only encountered "enigma-limited power 5.1 2 use mpc codec and by now still
    I have nooo idea what it means and why it isnt mpa.
