DirectVobsub and WMP 12

I like using WMP 12 to play all my video files. I have DirectShow Filter Pack and FFDShow installed. I used Win7DSFilterTweaker to turn off all Microsoft decorders. I have a few mkv files that have embedded subs in them, but DirectVobsub won't load when playing them. If I install Haali Splitter it does load, but is there a way to have VobSub load without using Haali Splitter?

Have you tried enable the subtitle decoder in ffdshow?

Subtitles work in FFDShow if turned on, but that was never an issue. Sometimes embedded idx/sub doesn't work well in FFDShow, so I want DirectVobsub to be used.

I guess you need a splitter like haali, lav filters or av splitter to get it work or else wont wmp and directvobsub "find" the subtitle.
