    Hi,

I have ordered easycap dc60 from the china and some people said on the forum, it was using a fake chipset. Therefore after complete installed all the necessary drivers from the yellow colored CD ...i have noticed that the tv programme that i have recorded has no sound...with video quality no so good.

I checked around the forum, USB Audio device should be exist in the control panel in order to record the audio but then i did not find USB Audio driver in the control panel.

My PC oerating system is windows 7. How to get this USB Audio Device in the control panel?

    TQ

You have already been told that it is probably a fake and you still expected it to work without issue.

AFAIK DC60, even the real ones, is not supported for Win7.

You need official product which is now called EZcap 116 to have a fighting chance.

There are drivers ... just those on the disc are useless when it comes to installing the audio device.

    try these ... 11mb's
