Flv with avc and aac coding.How do i join them anyway?

I have a bunch of flv files and these are somewhat difference from the flv files that i used to see on the web.When i checked the video file with mediainfo ,it show that the video is avc and the audio is aac.I tried to join them together with avidemux but it is not working.I have to change the main audio file into mp3 and raplace it within the avidemux and then have to save it as avi to make it works.Isn't there any simple joiner to join this kind of video coding without changing format?.Any help would be appreciated.This is the video format.
